
Landkreis Kassel:
The district of Kassel is situated in the middle of Germany. It is both responsible administrative authority as well as policy and decision maker. The 29 towns and municipalities in the district are home to around 235.000 people. There is a wide range of cultural heritages sites in the district. To strengthen the knowledge of people living in the district about the local history, the district built up a system of “Eco-Paths” (www.ecopfade.de). These paths give the opportunity to walk a short roundtrip (not more than 8 kilometers) and to learn about the history of the region by small billboards that summon the respective topic, by using informal education.

Alden Biesen:
The Landcommanderij Alden Biesen is an international cultural, conference and training centre. It is part of the Ministry of Culture, Art & Heritage department of the Flemish government (BE) and is based in a historic castle with a European mission. Alden Biesen is a European education hub. The centre organizes and runs national and international courses, seminars and conferences for teachers and adult education trainers on self-evaluation, international project management, competence-oriented teaching and learning, validation of learning outcomes, heritage education and storytelling.Alden Biesen is also a historic monument, a touristic place with a daily scheme and programme for exhibitions, visits of adults and school groups. It is a ‘Storytelling castle’: a knowledge and support centre for storytelling in Europe and a ‘Music castle’ with high level music performances.

BUPNET:
BUPNET GmbH, founded in 1985, is an adult education provider based in Göttingen, Germany. Its mission is the promotion of innovation in education and training. BUPNET works both in the vocational training and in the (informal) adult learning sector and is an expert organisation especially at the interface between both educational fields covered by the Erasmus+ Programme and former Lifelong Learning Programme. BUPNET is one of the founding organisations of REVEAL the Research and Evaluation Group for Validation, Evidencing and Assessing of Informal and Non-formal Learning that developed the unique approach LEVEL5 to validate informal learning.

Polytechnic Institute of Leiria is a Portuguese public institution of higher education, at the service of society, dedicated to the production and diffusion of knowledge, creation, transmission and diffusion of culture, science, technology and arts, applied research and experimental development. Malopolska Institute of Culture:
The Malopolska Institute of Culture takes up contemporary cultural challenges faced by the region, as well as the integration of Europe. Through our educational, advisory, analytical, and promotional activities, we help cultural sector organizations effectively use their potential. Through long-term cultural projects we encourage people from the region to actively participate in cultural life, thus we contribute to the creation of a civil society. Our activities refer to the cultural heritage of Malopolska as a capital of contemporary cultural life.

PLATO: PLATO is a centre for educational research and development both in regular education and in corporate training. It consists of a group of 8 experts in education and learning. It belongs to the Leiden University in the Netherlands and provides in-service teacher training. During a series of years the centre has gained experience and expertise in various fields of education and training. Both research and development of training programmes, training materials and other educational arrangements are included in the realm of projects of the centre. The director of the centre, Jaap Van Lakerveld, is a longstanding and active member of the ATEE (Association of Teacher Education in Europe). For a series of years he was the chairman of the permanent Research and Development Centre on in-service education of teachers of this association and as such has a great potential for dissemination and exploitation of results.

Associazione Culturale Imago Mundi Onlus: Associazione Culturale Imago Mundi Onlus borns in 1992, as a committee, by a group of university students from Cagliari, wich were interested in spread culture and traditions in the city field and reach, during 20 years of activity, to become the managing organization of a big event like Monumenti Aperti, wich receives consents from the citizens involved as from the public administration.
Monumenti Aperti is the biggest event in Sardinia for cultural heritage and involves over than 10000 volunteers from schools and third sector, which are, for a week end, guides to the main as to hidden monuments of the cities yearly involved. Since 1997 opened 700 monuments in 120 cities in Sardinia and Piemonte. The association is made by 10 members volunteers and a lot of other volunteers, 3 paid staff members and over than 10 helpers in the different projects. Imago Mundi develop different activities and projects in the EU and regional projects, with the partnerships wich is able to create, join and coordinate during the last 20 years, especially in the field of education, learning and drop out. Our association has a long experience and partnership with the public adiministration in Sardinia and Cagliari area, wich guarantee a continuous work and exchange, even in logistics and project
management.
